What does an export website cost?

Short answerAn export website has a one-time cost to build it and yearly costs to keep it online: the domain, the hosting and the occasional update. Our Buyer-Ready Pack is ₹45,000, paid once, and the export page is one of four things it includes. A .com domain is a yearly cost on top, usually paid to the registrar in your company's name. Before you pay anyone, ask for every yearly cost in writing.

What are you paying for?

Every export website has the same cost lines, whoever builds it. Some are paid once; some come back every year.

CostWhat it pays for
Build, onceWriting the pages, laying them out, adding your products, specs and certifications, and the enquiry form
Domain, every yearYour web address, for example yourcompany.com
Hosting, every yearThe server that keeps the site online
Updates, when something changesNew products, new certificates, a changed phone number

What does a domain cost?

At Hostinger, the registrar we use, the .com price shown on the domain search page on 2 November 2026 was ₹1,499 [1]. First-year offers are often lower and change often, so check the renewal price, not only the first-year one. Register the domain in your company's name and keep the login yourself.

What does our Buyer-Ready Pack cost?

₹45,000, paid once: 100% upfront against invoice. We deliver within 10 working days of receiving your inputs. The export page is one of four parts:

  • Google Business Profile claimed, verified and completed in your company's name
  • Export page: a one-page site, or pages on your existing site, with products, specs, the certifications you actually hold, an enquiry form and a WhatsApp button
  • Buyer-grade spec sheets for up to 3 products (PDF)
  • Enquiry reply kit: 3 reply templates and a broker-screening checklist

We put every yearly cost in writing before you pay, so nothing arrives as a surprise after the first year. See what the Pack includes.

What should you ask before paying anyone?

  • Who owns the domain? It should be your company.
  • What does it cost after year one? Ask for the domain and hosting renewal in writing.
  • Who makes changes, and what do they cost? A spec sheet or certificate that is out of date costs you more than the update.
  • What will a buyer find on it? Products, the specs you test for, the certifications you hold, and a working enquiry route. See what buyers check.

Questions exporters ask

Is a website a one-time cost?

The build is. Keeping the site online is not: the domain and the hosting are paid every year, whoever builds the site. Ask what those cost after the first year before you agree to anything.

Whose name should the domain be in?

Your company's. The domain is your address on the internet; if it is registered in someone else's name, you can lose it when you stop working with them.

Can I use a free website builder instead?

You can. What a buyer checks is not who built the site but what is on it: your products, the specs you test for, the certifications you hold, and a way to reach you.

Do you build export websites on their own?

No. The export page comes with the Buyer-Ready Pack, together with your Google Business Profile, spec sheets for up to 3 products and an enquiry reply kit.
