The inputs that start the clock
Most exporters already have all of these. We send this list as a checklist after payment.

Registered company name, address and the phone number for the Google listing

Access to verify the listing (owner's Google account, or the verification method Google offers)

Up to 3 products: grade, packing, MOQ and the specs you already test for

Copies of the certifications you actually hold

Logo and 5-10 real photos (facility, products, packing)

Domain or website login, if the page goes on your existing site

The ten working days
Days 1 to 2
Google listing claimed or created, verification started with you. Product details and specs confirmed.
Days 3 to 5
Export page written and built. Spec sheets laid out from your specs.
Days 6 to 7
You review the page and sheets. Listing completed: photos, products, Q&A.
Day 8
Reply kit written for your products. Broker-screening checklist.
Day 9
Final checks on phone and desktop. Enquiry form and WhatsApp tested.
Day 10
Handover: everything live, with logins and files.

Questions exporters ask
What happens if an input is missing?
We tell you exactly what is missing. The 10-working-day clock starts only when we have everything on the list, so the date we give you is one we can keep.
Do I have to be available during the 10 days?
For two short things: completing Google's verification of your listing, which needs the owner, and approving the export page and spec sheets before they go live.
What do I receive at handover?
The verified Google listing, the live export page, a spec sheet PDF for each product (up to 3), the reply kit, and the logins and files for all of it.
