Our delivery commitment
We deliver the Buyer-Ready Pack within 10 working days when all onboarding inputs are received.
When the clock runs
The clock starts when we have every input on your onboarding checklist. We tell you in writing the day it starts. Time spent waiting for missing inputs does not count.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us using the details on our contact page, with your invoice number. We confirm receipt within one working day.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
